emco Novus International Limited adopts a strict quality check system to ensure our products are in excellent quality before sending to our customers. If you discover any quality issue on our products, you may request for an exchange. Kindly note that we only provide exchange service, no refund or return service available.
- Products purchased on the website can be exchanged within 14 days from the day you received your products.
- Please provide your order number, name, address and reasons for requesting a replacement. Once the replacement is approved, you may bring along the faulty product to our company for replacement.
- You must come in person to emco Novus International Limited’s office for the replacement procedure.
- Please confirm that the packaging of the product is intact at the time of exchange. Exchange is not accepted for the following:
- Products which have been washed, used, damaged by users for personal reasons
- Any damage caused by mats folding
- After we confirm that the status of the product meets the exchange requirement, we shall arrange the replacement for the same product with same quantity once only.
If there is any dispute in the exchange process, emco Novus International Limited reserves the right of final judgement.
